Nursing Home Administrator
The overall purpose of the Administrator position is to direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations while ensuring quality care is delivered to the residents.
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or other related field; Master's preferred
Current and valid state (Minnesota) Nursing Home Administrator license.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Basic computer knowledge
3-5 years’ experience preferred

Salary: $41.39 - $62.09 per hour

Thorough working knowledge of Nursing principles, procedures, and ethics in the provision of patient care
Ability to facilitate communication and team processes in provision of patient care services
Organizational and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, volunteers, medical practitioners, and consultants. Knowledge of the written English language and demonstrated competency in writing and verbal skills, including medical terminology.
Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program in the state of Minnesota
Current MN Board of Nursing License
Experience as a staff nurse in a health care facility, geriatric experience preferred, but not required
Salary: $26.00 - $33.80 per hour
Kitchen Team Member
Our Nutritional Services workers provide meal services for our residents and tenants. Job duties include working in the kitchen and helping to prepare meals, serving the residents in the dining area, cleaning up the kitchen and dining room areas, and washing dishes.
